Registered under SSM (company number 724548-X), Alter Domus (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. has been a key player in assisting foreigners with the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa since its establishment in 2006. The company succeeded Alter Domus Management and Services, founded in 2004, aligning with the Ministry of Tourism's requirement for MM2H agencies to operate as limited liability companies.
The name "Alter Domus," meaning "second home" in Latin, reflects our mission. We proudly obtained the first MM2H licence (MM2H/0001) on 18th May 2006. Over the years, we’ve grown into one of Malaysia’s largest and most trusted MM2H sponsors, serving thousands of clients and maintaining a continuous, impeccable track record since MM2H's formalisation in 2006.
In February 2024, we relocated from rented premises to our fully owned, newly renovated 3-storey office at 70A Jalan Zainal Abidin, Penang. Known for exceptional customer service, we hold excellent reviews on platforms like Google Maps (link).
Our strong internet presence positions us far ahead of competitors, generating significant inquiries nationwide. We now serve clients across Malaysia, including Johor and the Klang Valley, and plan to establish offices in Johor Bahru (JB) and Kuala Lumpur (KL) to meet growing demand.
We strictly adhere to MOTAC's rules, ensuring only high-quality applicants are pre-screened. Since 2006, we have maintained a flawless record with no complaints, fines, or legal issues. As one of the first agencies to secure a licence for the new MM2H programme (MM2H810) on 12th August 2024, Alter Domus continues to set industry standards.

Ch'ng oversees email inquiries, documentation preparation, and marketing. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK, and a B.Sc. in Microelectronics and Physics from Campbell University, USA. He complements his wife, Roselind, by focusing on client acquisition, while she handles post-endorsement assistance.
Roselind Moey
Marketing Director
Roselind manages daily operations and supports marketing efforts. A qualified professional under ICSA, UK, she is an Associate Member of MAICSA and has served as a company secretary since 1997. With prior experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, she brings expertise in negotiations and meeting foreign clients' needs.

Operations Director
A former Immigration officer with invaluable expertise, Moey ensures accurate submission of immigration documents. His knowledge, gained before retiring in 2005, plays a critical role in the company’s success.
